It seems likely to me too. I have been touting the buyout, but I would like to play devil's advocate for a moment and entertain the idea that ABTX should not be bought out, or why it wouldn't be. If it is for less than a $30 price tag, I would want to know why ABTX would settle for this in the wake of the DKB deal. That would represent less than 30% of DKB's valuation. I do not see why that would be fair value. Just trying to see the other side of the coin. If we respect the negative possibilities, then we can be more credible in our touting. Miller
