Mama, I'm sure you believe all these things but the problem is that you have no basis for it, whether it is on the average holding periods for short sellers or hobo symbols. You think you read it someplace but can't remember what or where it might have been.

When challenged about where all these notions come from, you revert to the short seller's standby... personal insult. For example, "... I guess you know a lot about folks who say anything without regard to the truth, because you certainly have proven yourself to be that way."

Another characteristic I found in short sellers is that they always see the downside. The glass is always half empty. They are pessimistic, skeptical, and distrustful of anything too good, like a stock going up too high too fast. On the whole, they are generally very unpleasant people, always wishing for the worst. Again, this is just my personal observations from working with a number of them as clients in the stock market and reinforced many times over by seeing the same attributes on different threads.

Hate to ruin your day but HEB is up ... again.
