Pretty amazing, that not only i but all of you too own a stock that we don't even know the O/S shares! It just proves that you should believe NOTHING when it comes to predictions on this one!

Where did you get the 70M number? From the company? I don't recall ever seeing a number released beyond the 1997 financials.

This is what Carl Kruse told me on on 13 August. Make of it what you will:

70,000,000 after the closing of CRC and Intile plus the 10% dividend will make 77,000,000. However, only 11,100,000 plus the 10% dividend or 12,210,000 will be in the float.
