Clayton: I can assure you that a reverse split is a bad idea. I have yet to see it done to the benefit of the company. If Noram does a reverse split, I will be the first one to sell all my shares. Period.

This whole idea of a reverse split popped up today on the thread. In the few instances where GZ has mentioned it (in response to a shareholder) he has insisted it is not in his plans.

Your example is faulty. If you reverse split shares and then issue some more, those issued shares have a multiplying negative effect on the stock, much worse than pre split. It is a bad idea all around and in every instance I have seen it done, the stock price continues to slide downward.

The only way reverse splits work are when the company is profitable it gives it a base to build off, if the company is developing and they do a split. WHAT FUNDAMENTALS WOULD KEEP THE STOCK THERE.

Instant gratification and temporary NO THANKS !!!!!

When the company shows earnings i think it is a great idea, reduce the float pump up the Earnings, but not now.
