Thanks for the response, drakes353.

drakes353 and all:

I am here for the buyout and was expecting something in that kooky range drakes353 mentioned. Would anyone be so kind as to explain why I might be flawed in this thinking? It seemed pretty simple to me, but perhaps someone may be able to add something that I had not thought of.

I know we are not fully profitable yet, but we have grown leaps and bounds in the revenue front. We have given out many shares to do it, yes, but we have achieved the milestone of being the number one turf and forage seed company in the world, and gobbling up two of the four germ plasm research projects on the planet. We achieved 45% of the market, 14 months before ABTX projected it would. There is a buying spree in the ag life sciences sector, and ABTX is still on the auction block. The valuation is 20% that of DKB. Perhaps DKB ought not be valued that high, but it is by virtue of MTC's bid. With ABTX doing the same revenues(albeit without realizing the earnings that DKB has, yet), why hasn't the market looked upon ABTX as a company "deserving" higher valuation?

I appreciate any response to this query.
