Its not that complicated. I believe the collapse of the stock and the conviction of the shorts that it is doomed is at least partly and probably largely based on their assessment of the poor management. This assessment is further based on the repeated failures, overstatements false promises etc on the part of managment. Hence there is no contradiction between faulting managment and stating that the shorts are at work.

Further, what I prefer is of no relevance. What I believe is that the shorts will continue to try to kill the company. Ask yourself why, with over 300,000 shares traded today the stock is up only one penny. Who is providing stock. I do not believe there are longs out there who are unloading as soon as they see liquidity. Any longs with significant positions follow developments and would hold off because of the news about McKay. IMO it is the shorts who are possibly a bit scared and are trying to protect their positions. If they have enough money they can do so. After all, consider the dollar amount to trade 300,000 shares---not very much for a well heeled short program. If 1.5 million shares were traded with blocks in the 200,000 + range I would suspect that there were new and heavy hitting buyers coming in. This might scare off the shorts.

But right now my hope is that they are shorting and that they continue to do so and that the shares fall further in price. This sets up an increasingly powerful position for Global when the production news comes out, be it in 1, 2 or 3 months from now.

By the way I am delighted that Jensen and DeNoble listen carefully to your advice.
