Agree Steve. TBR not out of woods yet. I am a huge bull, see 200 within 3 years, however, don't think we have left the 70's for good for similar reasons. Brazil is great, and will be great, but there are bound to be roadblocks and dips ahead, and in this case, even better buying opportunities...
