I assumed lwin would be involved. I don't understand this. having been away from the desk all week, I saw qcom nosedive on the annoucement. What did lwin do?

Carl: LEAP is wireless operators; the folks who market wireless; like Sprint's etc. It's hardware, etc. The new company sounds like it is packaging data, voice for operators via software....perhaps LEAP will buy some of the new company's software products??? That's the only thing I can think of right now..They seem to only be linked by business, not what they are developing/selling.
