Funny guy, we actually spoke to Aber directly, no Teevee, we're not selling for a while, have not even filled in all our quota yet, here is the reply:
In reply to your question, Aber's second quarter report to shareholders
stated as follows:
“At the end of the first half, Aber had $123.6 million in working
capital, compared with $32.4 million a year earlier. Aber is well
financed for anticipated expenditures in 1999 and is exploring
debt-financing alternatives for the completion of the Diavik Diamonds
Project.”
I think this answers the "how" part of your question. As for the
"when," it will likely be before the year 2000.
