Dean: It isn't clear where you get $7.50 as the 52 week high. At the bottom of the quote screen on SI, it says the 52 week high was .96. That was a time that corresponded to the reverse split, leaving a small number of shares issued. It was also when Kaire Holdings had reportedly acquired a significant majority position in Kaire International contingent on paying Kaire International funds. Kaire Holdings was also reporting negotiating for a portion of Potomac Chemicals. Since then, Kaire Holdings had to give up their majority position in Kaire International. They were unable to make payment of the negotiated amount. Their current position is reportedly around 23%. The Potomac deal has reportedly fallen through. The number of shares outstanding has multiplied by several times, reportedly due to the liquidation of convertible debt. Those are factors which are likely to influence subsequent share price, as is the case today. To be sure, if and when the IPO for Kaire International takes place, that will improve Kaire Holdings' book value. It will give them prospective cash upon conversion of the shares. The funds should permit negotiating any additional acquisitions. Those factors would be expected to help share price. I don't know how much. I don't have figures before me. One way to estimate share price is to determine what the book value will be if the IPO takes place. It could turn out to be a pretty low figure. Steve
