** Kenneth Starr **

Regardless of what Kenneth Starr says or does not say, there is little question in my mind that once he takes the witness chair or even before, there will be at least a market pause if not a pull-back. He is scheduled to take the stand on November 19th. We should all keep this in the back of our minds. Remember, foreigners will not be flooding the markets with dollars in light of this event.

Add to this the worry over Greenspan and interest rates and I envision some resistance in the future in the markets. He is scheduled to make an interest rate decision on November 17th.
