I would hope that some of the other analysts at the meeting would make a public statement. SSB has been very bearish on ABTX and it would be helpful to find out where the other analysts stood after the meeting.
The earning shortfall means little to me as a long-term holder of the stock, but the buyout strategy is important.

As other have noticed on this thread, Bloombergs' reporting vis-a-vis ABTX always seems to leave a somewhat bitter taste. I don't think I would do a thing on the basis of what Bloomberg supposedly discovers. After the recent deluge from the politicos, I am convinced that the primary purpose of all reporting is currently to achieve the writers agenda which may not be a reasonable approximation of the truth. Confirmation of any company statements, especially with the debacle last period, is an absolute necessity to make a valid judgement on what is happening here.

Is anyone else here put off with Bloombergs' stock lead in on its ABTX stories, ie "....a Las Vegas seed company..." That had such an odd sound to it. Definitely puts one on guard for whatever follows.

I say she tanks. I see $10 to $11 tomorrow. If that report is correct Mr. JT is a deceitful little prick. For the longs sakes I hope the stock holds and the report turns out to be a "version" of what actually was said. Good luck all, but that 4:09 Bloomberg is BAD news short term for the stock price IMO.
