I've spent alot of time doing my DD on this company, and I'm not about to tutor you.

I suggest you read the transcripts for the last couple of conference calls, perhaps spend some time educating yourself about the Y2k problem to appreciate the fact that it won't all be over on 1/1/2000. You might spend some time on the TAVA facts thread as well.
