Paul,

unless I'm mistaken, it appears you've given an example for de-emphasizing the importance of filing financials: they certainly don't tell the whole story and in some cases may mask uglier elements of the story.

You seem to be saying that Diana is somehow superior to DGIV simply because they "filed". Their being "booted off" the NYSE and their making false claims about their products are excused by their having published numbers?

I would prefer that DGIV not attempt to become their equal.

Paul -- (ot)

I don't care about who Coyote Network Systems is or who they used to be. I was just making the point that it IS possible for a company to go from the OTC to Nasdaq. There was discussion about this a month or so back. People were saying it wasn't possible. I was just providing proof that it is.
BTW -- all this talk about filing financials has gotten me sick. What do we expect? We're holders of a highly speculative OTC stock that trades under a buck. It's all potential that we're dealing with. Obviously a company doesn't need to file financials for their stock to skyrocket - we witnessed that a few months back, and I've seen it over and over again. True, financials would be nice, and are required to get a listing on the Nasdaq exchange, but they aren't required for a person to make money by buying their stock.
For the case of DGIV going to Nasdaq, they will have to provide financials. Since they haven't, none of us have any idea about how qualified they are to be able to make the transition. Maybe DGIV is not qualified at all, and are waiting for the signed contracts. Or, maybe DGIV is fully qualified, will announce contracts, and will be filing soon. The smart money says get in before the announcements.
Also, I'm not new to this company by any means. I've done my research. And, for the most part, I'm confident about what I've found.
