Baron-Marney, please help clarify this latest announcement of approval by the FDA before the list of unanswered questions grows too lengthy. You have failed as yet to provide an exact citation of FDA approval as I requested. I have searched the FDA site and not found any reference to the approval that you speak of. Before I call the agency to get an exact reference, I was wondering if these dental equipment cleansing products were possibly approved under another trade name, and whether the Verta line of cleansing agents were possibly a relabeling of another company's products. Not an uncommon practice as I understand from reading what other companies in this field do. This would seem to fit in with their apparent business model of distributing other people's products.

Still remaining unanswered with regard to the Verta line is this tortured passage of nonsense that you inserted as an explanation of Verta Vac in your announcement of these products. It is not clear exactly what this product is. Or was this your intent in the first place?

VERTA VAC is a uniquely newly developed Bio-Formulation consisting of a synergistic blend of selected activity resulting in a breakdown of tissues, oil, blood, and organic matter in dental evacuation systems.

Also please explain the corporate structure after the new merger with National Boston Medical. I see from your site:

baron-marney.com
which shows Exclusive Cruises, SeaBridge Shipping and Suxess Marketing and Travel as subsidiaries of Growth International.

baron-marney.com.
Then on the same page I see that there is also the addition of Delta Vacation Properties.

So if you could explain what the ownership of Exclusive Cruises which also trades as XCLU as far as Growth International, that has just become NBMX, I would be most appreciative.

Baron, did NBMXD get FDA and HPB approval on or close to the same day the news came out, or did they feel announcing one without the other wasn't newsworthy on its own and thus waited for both approvals before putting out news? Perhaps the Verta products were approved in Canada and the US weeks/months ago and only now the company has felt it appropriate to release that information? Just trying to figure out how these things work. Thanks.
