Bill - good point.

We ought to try to follow the Democrat's lead - let's see if we can find a lying womanizer to run against Gore in 2002 and see if the liberals will switch their loyalties.

OOOPS - won't work - forgot about the media - they'd have to start telling us that character and morals were important again.

Darn. Guess we're stuck with having to put someone in the White House with some personal integrity.

The Repubs will make theirs during the next 2 months and carry through over the next two years.

I would love to see it. But I don't think it will happen. The corrosive influence of the RR is so much that it will require a few resounding defeats before the course correction is considered necessary. Just look at the number of Republican posters here who still claim that they are on the right track, and that's why they still "control" both the House and the Senate, and all that rot.
