Sure.

But Intel still had $1.6 BILLION in profit and AMD squeaked out $1 million - thanks to the interest income on borrowed money.

AMD sells at cheap prices because they can't command premium prices.

Intel can command premium prices because they continually offer the highest performing processors - and keep offering ever HIGHER PERFORMANCE which allows them to MAINTAIN or increase their ASPs.
