Steven: There is a fairly significant "churn rate" between waiting for installs and installed lines, so I am sure that the backlog waiting for installs is different(smaller) than the 66,000 lines you address . The company has hired additional outside contractors to insure that the new lines sold under the marketing plan will be installed quickly. As all the buildings being pushed during this marketing plan have already been "lit", installations SHOULD be a "walkthru" ! The marketing plan is working VERY well !!!(Dear customer:what part of free don't you understand !) Joel C.
