Paul thanks for the reference I am concerned that tlab didn't check this out before signing up sap. SAP has had some big account problems. Next I am concerned that they let something like this impact their accounts receivables. They should have immediately taken action to hire temps etc to manually bill or set up some type of software program to keep billing/collection current. I believe there is no excuse for these billing problems. Poor management judgement again..... John
