I thought everything sounded positive for where the company is. The on-net concerned me a little. Also, as you mentioned, the execution.

There is so much going on now that I'd rather them execute a little slower and live with less on-line bitches than hooking up quick and really looking bad and lose more customers. What margin are the re-sold lines providing anyway ? Yes, it's foot in the door. I'd prefer the slower sure approach.

Far as Europe ? Sounds like he sent a significant threat message to ARTT. Someone, (SW ?) mentioned today would be a good day to have more ARTT than WCII. Don't think I buy that except for the one day move. I still think ARTT is in trouble.

All in all, this is the best qtr we have had as far as significant growth. I'm pleased.

Hi Steve and Joel:

Any comment on the cash position, which declined to
$473M, with $103M Capex this last Q? It looks to
like Winstar got its $2B credit line from LU
just in time, since its cash burn rate appears
higher than I expected. Of course the positive side
is that they are building their network rapidly.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
