"Ýëåêòðîñâÿçü" îõâàòûâàåò òåëåôîííîé ñâÿçüþ Ðîñòîâñêóþ îáëàñòü, íàñåëåíèå êîòîðîé ñîñòàâëÿåò 4,5 ìëí ÷åëîâåê. Ýòî þæíûå âîðîòà ðîññèéñêîé òåëåêîììóíèêàöèîííîé ñåòè, ñîåäèíÿþùèå åå ñ Èòàëèåé, Òóðöèåé è Óêðàèíîé. Â 1996 ã. äîõîä êîìïàíèè ñîñòàâèë 920 ìëí äîë. Ñàíêò-Ïåòåðáóðãñêèé "Íàöèîíàëüíûé ìåæäóíàðîäíûé òåëåôîí" âûïîëíèë â 1996 ã. 79 ìëí çàêàçîâ ìåæäóíàðîäíîé è ìåæäóãîðîäíîé òåëåôîííîé ñâÿçè íà ñóììó â 135 ìëí äîë.
