Actually Bill, CPU salesmen ARE lazy and surly, at least here in CT. I bought my last computer from them but swore I would never go back there. The guy lied to my face about what I was buying and I don't appreciate that. I even sent corporate head quarters an e-mail concerning my unpleasant buying experience and they never even bothered to try to appease me with a reply. But hey, that doesn't mean their stock won't go up! I think I'll buy some ZONA, TAVA and BT too- Na!!
