RE: "Are Cymer and Lambda Physik "equals" in ArF????" I guess ASML thinks so! It may be possible that their is some friction between ASML and Cymer. Maybe more than possible. However, since the press release states "Cymer and Lambda Physik, both of whom supply ArF lasers for the PAS 5500/900 system." it looks like ASML does not want to be the one to choose which supplier to go with absolutely. They would rather leave that up to the end user. James Word P.S. Since I just switched employers, my new job will involve working with Cymer products. I guess I will get to see first hand how they work, and if my stock purchases in the past were smart moves.
