At least US$22. That's my target for buybacks. Creative had previously valued its shares at that level in the acquisition of Silicon Engineering Inc., and the employees there are probably still fuming at the share price (though a little less these days). And in the circular to shareholders, Creative did hint at difficulty retaining employees because of poor share price and high volatility.
