As I understand it, analysts, in the eyes of the SEC, are in a special position to obtain information from a company that goes beyond what common investors are able to obtain. This is because they are in a fiduciary position to guide said common investors. Their position is "special" because they are deemed to have the savvy to understand business concerns, technology concerns, and client's needs, and then disseminate their information to their client's (hopeful) benefit. The publishing press also occupies this "special" position because of their supposed ability to helpfully pass on and/or editorialize on what a company releases to them. Where the SEC would get "tweeked" is if these people were to trade on what is basically inside knowledge before their clients or recipients had the chance. Also, the company's officers and insiders would draw attention to the SEC if they made massive trades before the common investors were able to. This is probably why the insider buying has occurred well ahead of any press releases - it protects the insiders by giving the common folk time to analyze the situation. I think that we've been given ample time to study what the company has said in the public press. Don Wolanchuk has made available to those who would care to listen, what he thinks. The company has released information of imminent production, new employee searches, insider buying, and successful product development.

I wish us well, but leave us with the cautionary note that there are many caveats in a brand new technology. I hope that the company has worked them out.
