Here is what I came up with, it's only my take on the matter, which is nothing more than an opinion. I based my action on the certainty I associated with my analysis being accurate. It carries with it risk of having the door slammed on my face, but I feel the risk of that happening is easier to absorb than the risk of being pelted once again.

I will be looking for a pattern of THQI opening higher than the prior days close, but finishing on the down side by the end of the day. If this continues for three or so days in a row, the price will quite possibly gap down, stabilize a bit, then take another hard turn south.

On the other hand, if THQI opens tomorrow below today's close, but shows strong support and closes up with a nice gain by the end of the day, and soon followed by 3 or so days of trading marked by a low spread between intra-day high and low numbers, then I will be buying back the shares I just sold with no real harm done.

The thread is unusually quiet ... hmm?

Rugrat regards, JB

Whitetail...In your point 4 you contend THQ's breaking the trendline in the recent "crash" was caused by the tremendous downdraft of the overall market. This can work both ways my friend. Good luck with your short.
