"Basic access fee: $4.50" - wrong, free checking was introduced 2. "Credit card: No" - wrong, is available 3. "Loan application: No" - at least partially wrong, mortgage applications are possible 4. "Downloadable statement: No" - this will change with the new NCR software to be implemented this month Funny that they mention "no branches" as a negative argument. This is the reason why the bank can offer such competitive products. Jochen
