Mr. McBeath said that financings generally take 2-3 months from beginning to end, and also that he would like to have a financing completed either before February or before the end of February, I wasn't sure which. He was reluctant to tap into Rothschild's as he thought they might want more than he wanted to give.

I said that the financing may or may not cause problems only as my opinion. My reasoning is that small cap market and/or Canadian market conditions will play a very large part in how successful this is. In fact, I can't stress too much how important this seems to be IMO for Inflazyme (and many other small companies).
