I went to the Buy MusicCard page. The feedback is at the bottom. I asume it is also elsewhere. Use it and be specific or email the webmaster GSB@TSIG.COM

They will listen. I am sure a lot of the discrepencies are known but you never know. Especially note gramatical errors to them.

I have a mother in the hospital and may be not as available until we find out what is wrong.

Peacelover,
I think it would be better if you would copy and paste this to an e-mail and send it to the CompactConnection webmaster. They are listening. I think its good when different people e-mail their suggestions and errors to them.
I think we should all do this with suggestions, criticisms, post here...e-mail it there to.

Chuckr

Peacelover,
As I posted earlier, at one point today I tried "dave matthews band" and nothing came up. An hour later, it worked great.
FYI, I just tried "Monica" and it came up as well.

People, we all need to realize we are dealing with professionals here. The chief man on the web site has a lot of experience, and succesful experience at that. When bringing up such a site as they did today, it is a multistep process. No press releases have been released yet, so basically only we insiders are aware of the new site. They are planning on working all weekend at perfecting the site, but realize they have worked all of the bugs out the last six weeks behind the scenes. Let's give them until Monday to bring the entire system up and work out all the flaws they already know about before we bombard them with e-mails and calls. Think how POed you would be if, being an expert in your field, you received 100 calls and e-mails telling you what you already know.

Patience will be profitable here. Fortunately, we're only talking a day or few before we reach a whole 'nother lever.
