Excuse me? Maybe you posted the wrong link. That one was to a very interesting article about CMP, which would no doubt be of interest to investors in SFAM, IPEC, and AMAT.

ET, nice post. It took about 4 months for the product to be announced:

and another 7 months to start selling, but AFM usage in CMP is here. I stand corrected for doubting you.

Now, how come you never visit us anymore?
