I have been lurking for a while and enjoy all your post. Curious about puts on AMR. Agree Stoch and cci overbought and ready to fall. However, looking at the price I can see a flag which has broken through the resistance of the top of a double bottom and now "settling on support" Shouldn't one wait to see which way it breaks from here. Isn't the probability to break in the direction of the most recent trend (upward)?
Not criticizing, just trying to learn and you all seem quite good.
Thanks,

Tom

Oh, I was short AMR yesterday (Thursday) after the climb. Have been trying to go short during the past week, ugh. Lost enough $$$ to almost abandon the idea so it was supportive to hear about your puts. Maybe today.
