There's no way CREAF knows it will prevail in its patent suit. AURL obviously doesn't thinks so. CREAF failed to get the injunction remember. But this is probably totally irrelevant to their buy back plans.

I think the most important concern of theirs right now, which Saviorman reminded us of again, is employee moral and retention. I believe the horrible stock performance has seriously hurt them in that regard, at least in their US work force. I think they know they have to get this stock up into the 20's and keep it there in order to keep their best people happy. The situation with SEI surely must be a sore point for those people. I see no reason they wouldn't be buying all the way to 30.

OT: New Yahoo format sucks

Now the next/previous buttons are "images" for no reason (maybe to get us to turn on "images" so we can see the banners). Also, why can't they have a button that says "New Post" so people can just post without having to "respond" to somebody, which sometimes happens when a new topic comes along.
