You mean those "beat the sh-t out of NSCP email"?

It seems like you need another lesson. Ok, here it is:

Try to distinguish between the following two scenarios:

A) Lots of email saying "Beat the sh-t out of X," coupled with
creating great products and selling them at great prices.

B) Lots of email saying "Beat the sh-t out of X," coupled with
email saying "make sure that you force company Z to hurt X" and
other email saying "Let's try to divide the market between us and X" and meetings where you say to the "Listen, if you don't hurt X, we're going to hurt you."

One scenario is legal and fine and good for the consumer. One is not. See if you can figure out which is which. Now see if you can figure out which scenario Microsoft is accused of.
