Anything to help. BTW, Castlewood's staff is on the lite side. They only have the automatic phone answering computer who directs your calls. A few of the extensions didn't even have their voice mail set up, so the phone just rang and rang. Since I actually had to talk to a specific person, I randomly dialed extensions and one person sure seemed to anwer multiple lines(dept?) This person by the way was more excited about being able to attend Comdex than actually having products to brag about... Fred
