I agree with ANYTHING that will increase shareholder value.

Cistron has $13 million in cash and cash receivables.
No burn.
No debt.
2 freakin investment bankers.
1 PR firm.
A major drug partner
Several lawyers

I dare anyone on the SI biotech boards to name any small or micro-cap biotech company that has the above and is still trading at LESS than 1/2 cash.

Again too bad Cistron shareholders did not receive IMNX stock instead of cash. IMNX has multiplied 6x since the settlement 2 years ago. Cistron stock has remained in the trash heap.

First, Peter IS crazy, and he knows it, because he is a knowledgable and experienced biotech investor looking at Cistron-:) Albeit as a loony savant, he sees a value, and has come to this wayward thread to share his confession of goofiness. High five!

With John de Castro, I agree that a small cap listing would help the stock. The spread as a penny-stock discourages most investors (see above "Peter IS crazy"). With a 1:20 reverse split, CIST would trade at $5-6-7 or so, and the spread would not be so formidable.

John de C,

I would agree with you on the reverse split if Cistron were a earnings driven story. It did wonders for Medicis Pharm. a few years back. But of course Cistron is not a earnings story.

Access to capital markets? Cistron has 2 investment bankers.

Money is precious at Cistron? The 2 officers at Cistron have been paid almost a million dollars in 2 years...just paid out a $100,000 bonus.

The excuse that Cistron had about protecting and conserving its most valuable resource CASH has been blown out of the water!

Steve
