But either the Imation or Sony offerings probably won't be around next year. The market's just not big enough. According to Disk/Trend Inc. of Mountain View, Calif., Iomega and its rivals sold only 8 million drives between them in 1997, and will probably sell only 14 million this year. For Iomega to get back in the black, it'll have to get a large share of this small market, leaving very little for the other guys.> Linda
