<I figure Iomega's bound to survive, given its existing customer base. But either the Imation or Sony offerings probably won't be around next year. The market's just not big enough. According to Disk/Trend Inc. of Mountain View, Calif., Iomega and its rivals sold only 8 million drives between them in 1997, and will probably sell only 14 million this year. For Iomega to get back in the black, it'll have to get a large share of this small market, leaving very little for the other guys.>
