I believe the short position before Wednesday was about 2.5 million shares. When we started to see HILL and NFSC show up on the bid and not the ask these last two days I believe we started to see some short covering. Word must be leaking out about the end of the QP and the short position wants covered below $2.75.

Why do you think the KTEL pop was due to a short squeeze? From what I heard, it was due to an unexpected announcement about hooking up with Playboy in an online music sales business. I also understand the street has come to expect this type of (Bigelow and Medkser-like EKG) price action from KTEL (g).
