Can anyone speculate on Bramson's decision to concentrate on the DataDock 7000 and development of a new high-end RAID-type system? For what reasons would this benefit Ampex? Is there a gap in their product line? Obviously they have no low-end storage products, but why do they need a RAID system to complement the DST? Mating these two, for instance, would result in what?
