Well, you still did not answer my question whether you can remember all the e-mails you sent out since June 1997. If you blamed Gates can't remember all the e-mails he sent out , especially thinking about that thousands of e-mails go back and forth through his e-mail account everyday, then you just had too much prejudice to blame that he can't remember all the e-mails he sent out. I do not Microsoft will force Apple to drop out Navigator thinking of Apple's small market share at that time. As to the compatability of Quicktime to win95, well you know every new software had compatability problem, Apples' VP of engineering should know about that . He just buried his head in the sand. I think in the trial, the judge should hold a neutral position, but I do not think the judge abide by that rule at all.
