I've always had two isp accounts -- I just think that UUNET (timed and therefore more expensive) is a good bet to be as good or better than the earthlinks, etc. (UUNET dial up is $25/mo $25 setup for 150hrs a month, then either $1 or $2 an hour thereafter -- those 150 hrs cover my prime trading hours I figure. ISDN is the same, except for a $50 setup. My only hesitation on isdn -- other than the often heard problems -- is Bell Atlantic that charges .02cents a minute plus a $16 monthly fee!)
