jhild, I don't agree much with you on many issues, however, concerning the filing, EDII by stating that the filing was only several days away and for what ever reason has not filed, has eroded all upward MM. We are almost back were we started and will need to back track to $.27 all over again to move up. I surely was looking forward to the first announcement followed by the filing for continued MM. All I can say is the company blew this chance. I continue to own EDII and will continue to buy at this low price. Not even poor management of press releases can keep this baby down much longer. The money will talk. IMHO
