Sounds good to me, Gerald.

But under an obscure provision of the law, a major antitrust case can go right to the Supreme Court, if the judge certifies it is of great public interest and gets a petition from one of the parties.

If this happens, it'll be interesting to hear the howls of protest from the friends of the greater Bill. Microsoft antitrust is of no public interest at all, in this particular context anyway. Who cares about any of it?

It's heading to the SC anyway, why not take the express train?
