I sent an e-mail to MGMA about their apparent disregard for current shareholder value over the next year and a half and this news release came out: biz.yahoo.com Of course, I cannot take credit for that news release (smile). While it is a good sign. It does not seem like a lot of stock bought back compared to the outstanding convertible shares.
