Uncle Frank, You might note that: 10-K for Fiscal year ending 7/31/98 - Gross margins increased slightly to 65.5% during 1998 from 65.2% 10-Q for qtr ending 4/25/98 - Gross margins increased slightly to 65.7% in the third quarter of 1998 from 65.3% in the third quarter of 1997 Despite this, the last 10 or so 10-Q's warned of potential margin decreases, this is called due diligence. Also historically the margins go up or down a few tenths all the time. The reports also warn about earthquake's :-) John
