<I think Flint has clarified too, need the Prez's John Hancock. Donch worry, it's be real quick. After three readings it's passed for all intents and purposes.>

So after getting parliament and shareholder approval it may still be a week or two (no one really knows for sure when the mighty Prez will feel obliged to pick up his royal pen) until CREAF can actually start buying back shares. Wonder what this will do to the shot term price of the stock? I'm not sure how many people know that there is yet another hurdle to cross. For all practical purposes it will look like even though CREAF got shareholder approval they still aren't willing to put their money were their mouth is. On WS perception means a lot. IMO, this will not look good.

Also, has anyone considered the possibility that Greenspan will not lower interest rates on the 17th?? IMO, he will NOT unless the market drops significantly between now and then.

I can see CREAF selling off in a general market downturn due to no Fed action and then the buy back finally gets signed. At that point CREAF would have to buy back lots of shares just to get us back to Thursday's price.

Perhaps I am too pessimistic, but I don't like the timing of this and I think getting shareholder approval before they could actually start buying was a mistake on CREAF's part.

I'm guessing today will be a down day for CREAF.
