G.M: Thanks for that report. The Networking Industry is too preoccupied in its wars of standards and Protocols that the Consumer has been completely ignored.

What the Consumer needs is as follows: A simple gadget like a gear Box that will allow him to selectively connect to the Curb, cable and Wireless on a single Account with a multi option rate depending on the chosen level of service. The NSP needs to offer the full range of Multi-media at different charge out rates depending on CoS or QoS but subject to a ceiling based on equivalent hours of the different charge out rates.

The Consumer has no time for buzz words.!

Consumer demand for DSL is there, but the Baby Bells are doing everything they can to slow its introduction because of their fear of competition. Follow the link below for an interesting article in Silicon Valley TechWeek magazine.
