Dear Sir: Gumbo King. Did you get the report by VAN SUN'S Rod Nutt on how Excited they have become on gold production Technology??? You talk about some matured thinking it's great to see IMO. There was a little rumor of some Judge in Chile telling a story of how two firms were about to become a pot of Gumbo what's your take.?. j.

Spoke with Ralph Ulm (800.547.9375) today. He assures me there is nothing to worry about, the company is on sound legal ground and the properties will produce. The company is ready to drill and in talks with investors to secure financing. As soon as they can secure the money the drills will turn. Ralph says there is no doubt in his mind that drilling will start this month. He says that the share price remains depressed because of the large short position, and manipulation in the market. Attempts by others to hurt the company. He feels that unless we all register all of our shares that this will continue, that it is basically within the shareholders power to stop this manipulation by registering. And just to clear up something that was confusing me, the Nevada and Canadian lawsuits against DAY are in the vein of defamation. They are suing for allegedly false claims and statements made by DAY that hurt MDIN.
