Brooks, I wouldn't take that suit too seriously, Web Street is just trying to fight all the stiff competition between the Internet Brokers. I would also think that if CF did a deal with Yahoo, CF would have some level of control. In any case, I think the billers are pushing CF towards Yahoo (and other portals), especially AT&T, who backends Yahoo's ISP service. The Billers are pushing very hard for bill presentment. Benny
