As exhausted rescue workers in Central America continue efforts to reach victims of the floods, the number of dead or missing has
risen to 24,000.

More than £30m in immediate relief aid is being supplied in the wake of Hurricane Mitch which caused massive flooding and
landslides.

Aid agencies are worried that the aid may come too late to prevent further deaths.

"This is the worst disaster we've seen in this hemisphere," Brian Atwood, administrator for the US Agency for International
Development, told a news conference.

The United States is leading the effort, although there has been some criticism from aid agencies that the US military has been too
slow to get off the ground.

Death toll rising

Hundreds of thousands more are destitute and may not survive unless emergency supplies reach the area soon.

"Every hour that passes in the census of the dead, of those who lost their homes, of those who have been evacuated ... the
numbers rise," said President Carlos Flores of Honduras, the hardest hit country.

Aid arriving in Nicaragua and Honduras is flown directly into the capitals, but after that has to be ferried by helicopter and light
aircraft.

The main effort over the next two days will be to reach all the communities and towns still cut off by the floods.

Plans to set up regional distribution centres from which to shuttle supplies to isolated areas are in hand.

Meanwhile, there are fears of disease breaking out and the authorities are warning people to bury the dead immediately.

Corpses appearing in the rivers have sometimes been washed miles downstream.

Aid organisations are warning that it will take months and possibly years before Honduras gets back on its feet.

Saddam May Soon Panic - Update November 8, 1998

As of November 7, 1998, talk of renewed military action against Iraq by Britain and the United States is once again at a crucial level.
As of October 31, Iraq broke off all co-operation with the U. N. Security Council and its weapons inspection teams, provoking the
latest crisis. Since late 1990 we have shared prophetic information about the upcoming final war with Iraq. We will now update our
message, “Saddam May Soon Panic.”

On CNN headline news broadcast of February 15, 1998, a unique piece of footage was shown, where Iraqi's were seen chanting and
brandishing their weapons, as a show of force, against America's planned attack on Iraq. What made the footage so unique, was
that it was reportedly filmed at Babylon, Iraq.

The front page headline of the February 14, 1998 Denver Post read, “Nation told to brace for war”. The article went on to report
that...”President Clinton and his top aides Friday began to prepare the nation for war in Iraq and for the grim prospect of civilian
casualties on the ground and the deaths of American pilots...administration officials describe a punishing four-day air
campaign...after such an attack...they would pause, followed by additional bombing if Saddam did not relent.”

In an article, from the February 14, 1998 Colorado Springs Gazette, which was titled “Israelis get ready” it was reported that “U.S.
Ambassador to Israel Edward Walker assured Israeli Defense Minister Yitzhar Mordechai that Israel would have time to prepare.”

The January 30, 1998 edition of the Jerusalem Post reported that “the assessment in the [Israeli] defense establishment is that the
probability of Saddam Hussein firing [non] conventional warheads at Israel is close to zero. This may change, however, should the
Iraq leader sense, he is close to annihilation and feels he has nothing to lose. Then, he may order a non-conventional strike.”

It is important to keep in mind, the concern for what actions Saddam Hussein might take if he feels he is facing annihilation, since
the prophecy we will be centering on, in this weeks message deals precisely with this situation materializing.

Update: As of November 5, 1998, the U.N. Security Council members are unanimous in their condemnation of Iraq's latest defiance.
Iraq has in effect told them “we don't care.” On November 8, 1998 President Clinton is meeting at Camp David to plan the United
States next move.

The Rocky Mountain News article of November 8, 1998 which headlined, “U. S. prepared to end Iraq arms inspections” and “Clinton
favors bombing Iraq”, quoted senior administration officials as saying...”Barring a last-minute about-face by Iraq, President Clinton
has decided to bomb Saddam Hussein back into compliance with United Nations arms inspections...With a resolution by the
Security Council condemning Iraq in hand, look for Clinton to launch cruise missiles at suspected weapons facilities, possibly within
days.” and “If we use force, we move into a new phrase...with clear red lines...to Hussein that attacking his neighbors...will bring
retaliation. If he tries to use weapons of mass destruction, he should know that we will obliterate Iraq.”

We have pointed out in the past that prophetically according to God's Holy Word found in Jer. 51:11, the Lord Himself would stir up
the spirit of the Medes (Kurds, Iran And Turkey) against Babylon, Iraq in the last days of these ancient Chaldeans. Jer. 51:8-9 &
46-47 reveals that before these Medes launch their final deadly assault, a previous period of partial devastation followed by an
opportunity for Iraq to be restored would transpire. We believe these first two prophecies have been fulfilled during the 1991 Persian
Gulf War and the subsequent failed opportunity for Iraq to be accepted back into the international community by full compliance with
the New World Order's Security Council Resolutions. One cannot help but see the pattern developing, which seems to indicate that
1998 may be the year, which brings about the prophesied total destruction of Iraq.

Reading the key prophecies from Jer. 50:41-46, which describe the events just prior to Iraq's final devastation, we find
circumstances at present are aligning themselves, in such a manner, as to suggest that Iraq's destruction may be witnesses in the
very near future. “Behold a people shall come from the north, and a great nation, and many kings shall be raised up from the coasts
of the earth. They shall hold the bow and the lance: they are cruel, and will not shew mercy: their voice shall roar like the sea, and
they shall ride upon horses, every one put in array, like a man to the battle, against thee, O daughter of Babylon. The king of
Babylon hath heard the report of them, and his hands waxed feeble: anguish took hold of him, and pangs as of a woman in travail.
Behold , he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan unto the habitation of the strong: but I will make them suddenly run
away from her: and who is a chosen man, that I may appoint over her? for who is like me? and who will appoint me the time? and
who is that shepherd that will stand before me? therefore hear ye the counsel of the Lord, that he hath taken against Babylon; and
his purposes, that he hath purposed against the land of the Chaldeans: Surely the least of the flock shall draw them out: surely he
shall make their habitation desolate with them. At the noise of the taking of Babylon the earth is moved and the cry is heard among
the nations.”

This passage of Scripture reveals, that the destroying forces, will once more come from the ends of the earth. The present situation
holds forth the likelihood, that a growing national coalition will eventually have no choice but to join forces in a war against Iraq, due
to Saddam Hussein's hidden arsenal facing the susceptibility of being exposed, by either a well targeted missile, or the launching of
such weapons by an anguished dictator. “A great nation” is mentioned as having a key role in her destruction. We believe, that the
United States, is the great nation spoken of. Iraq's destruction will come predominantly from its north in this second stage of the
war. True to God's Word, the vast majority of Iraq's enemies, can be found to her north...from Kurds to Turks to Iranians and
members of the European Union. This time around there is no impressive anti-Iraqi Arab coalition to the south. It is significant, for
this conflict, both the U.S.A. and Israel have air bases in Turkey, which is north of Iraq. The Scripture goes on to state that, the king
of Iraq will become terrified at the determined array of enemies, which will assemble for an attack without any signs of mercy.

Saddam Hussein will panic and let loose with a ferocious display which will actually cause his enemies to flee in fear for a short
time. Their final retaliation against Iraq, will be a display of destruction, which will surpass Hiroshima and Nagasaki by indications
from the Scriptures found in Jer. 51:26, 58, and 62. It is fascinating to note that in Jer. 50:44 God assists Iraq, with her attack.
Further reading in verse 45 reveals, He does this to provoke the nations to completely annihilate Babylon in retribution.

Continually Israel is mentioned throughout the prophecies of Jer. 49, 50 and 51 which deals with this expanding war, which will bring
numerous nations into conflict with other nations. We are convinced, that Israel will have no other choice, but to defend herself in
these conflicts and know by Scripture she will come out victorious over Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the
Palestinians during the exchange (Ps. 83). We feel that the 7 year Israeli Middle East covenant, of Dan. 9:27, will be confirmed, by
the Anti-Christ, after these wars. With Israel agreeing to disarm and trusting the New World Order for protection in the future, the
stage will be set for Ezek. 38 and 39, when Russia, Iran, Ethiopia, Turkey, Libya, Germany, and the former Soviet bloc nations, will
turn on the New World Order and will attack the unprepared and unarmed regions of Israel and the surrounding area.

We suggest you read, Ezekiel 38 and 39, in their entirety along with Zech 12:10, in order, to fully appreciate the magnificence of
God's love for the remnant of Israel, which will come to Him through His Son Jesus Christ in these last days. That unconditional love
is promised to all at present.

For many, in the upcoming wars, it will be to late, for they will have died and gone on into eternity without the forgiveness of God,
but for you, the opportunity for absolute forgiveness, from all your sins is still available at this moment and the chance to escape the
Great Tribulation and wrath of God, which is soon to come (read I Thess. 4:16-18 to find out about the Lord's great escape plan).
There are no Scriptures, that declare the Church will be here on this earth to witness the appearance of the Anti-Christ, when he
strengthens the 7 year covenant with Israel. We urge you, with all sincerity, to come to Jesus Christ this moment with faith, trusting
Him by His atoning blood sacrifice to forgive you of your sins. Time is short...very short.

Air armada ready to strike Iraq

ADDITIONAL firepower gathered in the Gulf region last night as Washington put the finishing touches to a smaller but more potent
force than that assembled for the last confrontation with Saddam Hussein.

Military analysts said the force was more flexible and less unwieldy, with a greater emphasis on Tomahawk cruise missiles capable
of precision strikes, and fewer on ground troops. Sources said the line-up would be ready within "a matter of days" to deliver an
assault on Iraq if the political decision to proceed is taken.

The night of Nov 18-19 has been tipped for the attack as it has the advantage of marking a new moon, allowing Western aircraft to
be protected by the cover of complete darkness. But intelligence experts were still poring over lists of potential targets as questions
continued over the exact mission faced by the armed forces. Would it aim to destroy Iraqi facilities for producing weapons of mass
destruction or would it inflict more general damage on Saddam's regime?

There remains the problem of dealing with any rogue Iraqi attack, using, for example, a crop sprayer packed with poison gas. The
scenario is what military planners call an asymmetric threat and US strategists are concerned about countering all such risks.

In February, Britain contributed an aircraft carrier to the American-led build-up but this time the Pentagon has been effectively on its
own, with only two Royal Navy frigates in the area on regular patrol duties.

Washington now has a vast arsenal consisting of around 300 Block III Tomahawks - each costing around $1 million (£630,000) -
within striking distance of Iraq. They have been deployed on a nuclear submarine, two guided-missile cruisers and five destroyers. A
dozen B-52 long-range bombers were also on their way to the British base of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean last night. Each
aircraft can deploy 18 air-launched versions of the Tomahawk, and Iraq will be within their range.

America remains the only nation with cruise missiles capable of pinpoint accuracy, although Britain should become operational with
the system next week, when the first Tomahawk is fired from a Royal Navy submarine at a US test centre in the Pacific. Any attack
on Iraq would begin with a barrage by cruise missiles against set targets. Combat aircraft would be scrambled to ensure no Iraqi jets
retaliate.

Washington will soon have about 300 aircraft deployed in the Gulf, with 12 F-117 stealth fighters in Kuwait representing one of its
most potent wings. The F-117s are unlikely to be used in the first phase of any attack against Saddam, however, until anti-radar
missiles and cruise missiles have destroyed his Iraqi air defence network. And that network is extensive. It is also relatively
sophisticated, consisting of 340 missile launchers, mobile radars and various command and control facilities.

After the air defence system is knocked out, the F-117s will be free to fly into Iraqi airspace armed with their 2,000kg laser-guided
bunker-buster bombs. These devices are so sophisticated they can count the number of floors down through a building they have
passed before exploding. Britain's force of 12 Tornado GR1 bombers based in Kuwait could then come into play with their
laser-guided bombs that home in on targets "illuminated" with a laser beam.

With only 4,500 US troops in the Gulf any operation would remain purely an air offensive. There is no evidence of any meaningful
Iraqi troop movements and it is assumed any attempt by Saddam to mount a land attack would be monitored well in advance by
American satellites and other reconnaissance sources.

The problem remains over what targets are likely to be attacked. Members of the United Nations Special Commission have done
everything possible to visit sensitive sites in Iraq where weapons of mass destruction might be being produced. But by the very
nature of the confrontation, their list is far from being complete and authoritative.
