LGND will be presenting before the FDA Oncology Advisory Board on Nov 16. I expect a unanimous vote for approval of topical Panretin for KS. Should fuel move higher (ONTAK approval should also be out any day now).

On Monday, Ligand's topical Panretin will be up for review
before the FDA's oncologic advisory board. Approval is
widely expected (I expect a unanimous rec). Details are
